Arpac, Model BPTW-6000, Automatic, inline, continuous motion, registered film, shrink bundler and tunnel. Rated up to 60 bundles per minute – depending on materials and application. Product size range: 8" to 12" in Length; 6" to 20" in Width; 3" to 12 in Height. Film specs: to 26" in Width; to 20" in Diameter; on 3" core; can handle clear or printed film of 1.75 to 2.5 mil low density polyethylene and has maximum film cut-off length of 42". Equipped with dual side mounted film racks, splicing bar, infeed spacing conveyor, film registration, 28" seal bar and bottom overlap seal, with 20" film diameter " on 3" OD core, with (3) zone shrink tunnel has adjustable flow vents, variable speed blowers and cooling fans on discharge. Control panel has A/B controller with touch screen HMI and statis light bar. Mounted on heavy duty formed and structural steel frame with safety guarding.
