Arpac Model PC2000, Automatic, intermittent motion, 5-axis servo driven, wrap-around case or tray packer rated up to 20 cases per minute with number of product – depending on materials and application. Case size range: 3.2" to 15.3" in Length x 7.7 to 23.2" in Width x 4.7" to 14.7" in Height with manufacturers joint inside or outside. Equipped with 26" wide x 96" long product in feed laner conveyor and has 20" wide x 50" long automatic blank case magazine, side recipacating pick and place, (4) chains adjustable with single load bar, servo drives and Nordson ProBlue hot melt glue system, flap closers and wrap over case station. Control panel has A/B PLC and on board A/B touch screen HMI controller, Seko gauges with e-stop. Mounted on heavy duty frame with interlock safety door guarding.
Capable of handling metal or paper cans, glass and plastic jars and bottles with proper change parts. Collates the product loads into a case or tray and seals them with hot-melt glue.
