Arpac Model EL2111, automatic, intermittent motion, tray erector / packer / hot melt sealer rated from 5 to 25 trays per minute – depending on material and application. Tray size: Per application. Equipped with 128" long x 19" wide flexlink product in feed conveyor, with lane spacers and side guards, 48" long (2) chain automatic blank tray magazine, with single arm reciprocating pic n place, collation area with product stop, dead plate, product hold down with single over head product ram loader, 4 chain adjustable indexing conveyor set on 24" centers, with 3" wide x 5" high lugs, Nordson hot melt glue system with tray setup / squaring assembly and compression section. Control panel has A/B, controls with Arpac touch pad controller and panel view, interlocking safety guarding and statis light bar. Mounted on heavy duty base frame Capable of handling a wide range of product configurations and applications including: plastic bottles, cans, boxes, folding cartons, bags and glass jars.
