Arpac, Model 25TW-28, inline, intermittent motion, bundler and integrated shrink tunnel rated up to 25 bundles per minute – depending on materials and application. Equipped with 34" long x 24" wide in feed conveyor, 28" wide hot impulse seal jaw with 13" vertical travel, side mounted film racks and splice station, with film rolls up to 27" in width; and 14" OD on 3" core. 38" long x 24" wide transfer conveyor through seal and into single zone shrink tunnel with 29" wide flex link conveyor and 32” in width x 16" in height aperture and 67" long chamber, top mounted blower motor and cooling blower at discharge. Control panel has Allen-Bradley controller with PanelView operator interface and color touch screen, message display and self-diagnostics, low film alert, bypass mode – allows product to pass through the machine without being wrapped and without heating the tunnel. Mounted on heavy duty frame with status light bar and interlocked safety guarding.
