American Film & Machinery, Model LX-350SS and WSN-300, Automatic, stainless steel, tamper evident shrink neck bander or sleeve label applicator with stainless steel steam shrink tunnel. Rated from 50 to 350 container per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Layflat: 50mm to 240mm. Sleeve height: 40mm to 300mm. Film thickness: 0.035mm to 0.07mm. Equipped with 32" worm screw bottle indexing, dual roll splice station, forming tube, registration and knife film cut off. Control panel with AB PLC and touch screen HMI.
Model WSN-300 stainless steel, 4 zone and 4 tier steam shrink tunnel. Equipped with 4" wide x 11½" high total aperature x 118" long chamber with multiple steam zones and adjustable manifold with direct steam heat.
