Alliance Industrial Dual Spiral Accumulation Conveyor System with Integrated Conveyor Lines; Large-scale conveyor system consisting of dual vertical spiral accumulation conveyors integrated with multiple infeed and discharge conveyor sections. Designed for high-volume product buffering and continuous material flow between production or packaging lines. System features two multi-tier spiral conveyors constructed with modular plastic belting and enclosed by clear guarding. Connected conveyor lines include straight and curved sections, transfer points, and elevation changes. Multiple SEW gearmotors drive the spiral and horizontal conveyor sections. Includes integrated controls and drives mounted along the frame, including Allen-Bradley components and a PowerFlex variable frequency drive for speed control.
