Allen-Bradley Limit Switch 802T-ALP 24-600V Allis-Chalmers

The Allen-Bradley 802T-ALP is a plug-in oiltight rotary limit switch rated for 24 to 600V AC and 10A maximum, built to NEMA Type 4 and 13 enclosure standards. The switch body carries catalog number 802T-ALP, Series H, and is manufactured in the USA. It features a 2-circuit configuration with clockwise and counterclockwise operation and low operating torque. The unit is equipped with the 75004-450-53 low torque operator head, which per the nameplate is compatible with Cat. No. 802T-W3 or 802T-W5 operating levers. A roller lever arm actuator is attached and visible in the photos. The conduit entry uses a knurled metal fitting at the bottom of the switch body. Four mounting screws are present on the switch body. The Allen-Bradley 802T Bulletin series has been widely deployed in industrial machinery, conveyor systems, and automated production equipment for position and travel limit detection. The 802T-ALP plug-in design allows the switch contact block to be replaced without rewiring. Body markings include the Allen-Bradley logo, UL listing mark, CE mark, and NEMA EEMAC B600 rating table. The item is sold as removed surplus and includes the operator head and attached lever assembly. Series H denotes an earlier production run than the current Series J.
