The Allen-Bradley PowerFlex 70, catalog number 20AD5P0A0AYNNNC0, Series A, is an adjustable frequency AC drive rated for 480V AC three-phase input with a normal duty output of 3 HP (2.2 kW) and a heavy duty rating of 2 HP (1.5 kW). The unit carries a continuous output of 7.5 amps at the 480V class rating, with input amperage of 5.6A and an output frequency range of 0 to 400 Hz. Rated UL Type 1 / IP20, manufactured October 2011, original firmware version 5.001, serial number 17729110.
The PowerFlex 70 platform supports Volts/Hz, sensorless vector, and vector control using Allen-Bradley FORCE Technology. A full numeric LCD HIM is mounted on the front face, providing direct parameter access, auto/manual control, jogging, and S.M.A.R.T. display functions. Status indicators include PORT, MOD, NET A, and NET B LEDs on the HIM panel, plus an STS indicator on the main drive face. The frame mounts on a heavy cast aluminum heatsink base with integrated cooling fins and a rear-mounted axial fan. Input is three-phase, 47 to 63 Hz, AC voltage range 432 to 528V for the 480V class.
