Adco, model 12WA-150-WD, automatic, continuous motion, stainless steel, wrap around, hot melt glue cartoner. Rated from 50 to 150 cartons per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Carton size range: 3½" to 11" in length, 3½" to 9½" in width, 2½" to 5¾" in depth. Maximum blank size: 11" long x 24" wide. Equipped with lugged product conveyance on 12" centers, 2 lane upstacking product infeed conveyor with (2) 3¼" belts, 72" long (3) chain powered blank carton magazine, (3) head rotary blank carton pick n place, overhead confining belt, wrap plow closer, product discharge with 3" wide belt, Nordson hot melt glue system, and Siko adjustment. Control panel has an AB PLC with PanelView touch screen HMI and status light bar. Mounted on stainless steel frame and cage style safety guarding.
