Adco, Model 15D105, Semi automatic, stainless steel, horizontal, right to left, continuous motion, hot melt glue cartoner, rated from 20 to 80 cartons per minute – depending on materials, application and operator dexterity. Carton size range: 1" to 10½" in Length; ¾" to 4" in Width; 4½" to 12" in Depth. Equipped with (3) chains adjustable set on 12" centers, with 1-½" wide x 4" high lugs, 36" long (3) belt automatic blank carton magazine, with (3) head rotary pick and place and 16" wide x 120" long, neoprene belt product in feed conveyor. Equipped with 35" in feed conveyor has 44" long operator hand load area, Nordson 2-gun hot melt glue system with major and minor flap closers with 36" long x 1-1/2" wide compression and discharge conveyor belt section, self contained vacuum system and top mounted ventilation fan. Control panel has A/B controller with A/B panelview controls and readout with glue, vacuum and vari speed controls, start, reset and e-stop push buttons. Mounted on stainless steel base frame with flip-up interlock safety guarding, casters and leveling legs.
