Reconditioned ABB FlexArc R, MIG welding cell with H-Frame positioner including:
• Original cell manufacture date ~2013
• ABB IRB2400L M2000 robot with S4C+ controller.
• Fronius Trans Puls Synergic 4000 welding power source with matching wire feeder and torch (steel and aluminum welding)
• Servo-driven H-Frame positioner w/dual headstock/tailstock positioners:
o Three servo drives, all robot controlled – axis7, 8 & 9.
o 88” between headstock / tailstock mounting flanges
o Approx. 48” rotational swing clearance
o 1000kg load capacity per side (total of part and tooling)
• One power drop to main panel 480/3/60, 60 A
• Basic controls with small panel at operator station (no PLC/HMI)

• Custom built full safety enclosure with solid sheet metal walls and protective weld flash curtains. One hinged access gate with safety interlock at back of cell.
