The IRM 8010 8 × 10 2-High Laboratory Rolling Mill is a precision-engineered rolling solution designed specifically for research, development, and small-batch production environments. Precision Roll Geometry: 8 (203 mm) diameter rolls with a 10 (254 mm) effective working width provide an ideal balance of material contact and force distribution for laboratory-scale samples and pilot trials.
Advanced Roll Adjustment: Dual electro-mechanical screwdowns with VFD control and encoder feedback allow fine, repeatable roll gap adjustmentcritical for experimental rolling schedules and metallurgical studies.
Power & Performance: Driven by a 40 HP inverter-duty AC gearmotor and designed for separating forces up to approximately 250,000 lbs, the IRM 8010 is capable of processing a wide range of ferrous and non-ferrous alloys.
