Description

The Allen-Bradley PowerFlex 400 is a variable frequency drive rated at 55 kW / 75 HP, designed for three-phase AC motor control in industrial and commercial applications. Cat No. 22C-D105A103, Series A, this unit accepts a three-phase input of 380 to 480V AC at 48 to 63 Hz, with an AC voltage range of 342 to 528V and a continuous input current of 107.0 amps. Output is three-phase, 0 to 320 Hz, with an AC voltage range of 0 to 460V, continuous output of 105.0 amps, and a 60-second overload rating of 115.5 amps. Short circuit current rating is 200 kA. The unit carries IP30 / NEMA 1 / UL Type 1 enclosure ratings and is UL listed for industrial control equipment. Serial number CD105A0T5510012, firmware revision 3.03, manufactured December 2005 in Taiwan. The PowerFlex 400 series is a widely deployed platform in pump, fan, compressor, and conveyor applications where variable speed control of standard AC induction motors is required. Compatible with Rockwell Automation control systems and programmable via the onboard HIM or remote DeviceNet / EtherNet/IP communication options depending on configuration. Power terminal wire range is 53.5 to 107.2 mm² (1/0 to 4/0 AWG), torque 19.5 Nm (173.0 in-lb).
