The 72" x 2.875” Bradbury e-Drive Precision Leveler is a used industrial machine, suitable for leveling cold rolled, hot rolled, and HSLA materials. It accommodates a maximum coil width of 72" and features an advanced Auto-Selective e-Drive System for optimal performance. With a maximum capacity of 0.181” x 72” at 75,000 PSI, and 0.232” x 72” at 50,000 PSI, it handles a variety of material thicknesses with precision. The leveler is equipped with 11 work rolls arranged as 5 upper and 6 lower, each having a diameter of 2.875” and a total face width of 84". The leveler operates with dual 150 HP e-Drive motors, delivering a base speed of 200 FPM and a maximum speed of 275 FPM, ensuring efficient processing. The pass line height is set at 56.25”, and the machine includes a heavy-duty backup flight arrangement with 7 top and 7 bottom flights, as well as hydraulic flight adjustment capabilities.
