Used 54" Welex 5 layer sheet line consisting of the following: Mcguire blender feeder (1) 3.5" Welex extruder, 36:1 l/d, vent with dc motor and screen changer. (2) 2.5" Welex extruders, 30:1 l.d with dc motors (1) 2" Welex extruder, 24:1 l/d with dc motor. (1) 1.25" Welex extruder, 24:1 l/d with dc motor. (1) Welex Co-Ex die block. (1) 53" EDI flex lip sheet die with R bar. (1) Welex vertical sheet stack with (3) 18" diameter x 54" roll faced cored rolls with rotary units, high polished rolls. (1) NEC thickness guage. (1) Cooling conveyor. (1) Welex Pull roll stand with rubber nip roll. (1) Welex Shear. (1) Welex two position winder. System set up for 5 layer, Welex Co-Ex block capable of 7 layers, producing a sheet 10 mil - 150 mil thick at 700#/hour.
