- EMC Model 1350 HHH Giant Brush Sanding Machine - Never Used
- Premium high volume sanding machine made in Italy. Installed and tested, but was never implemented into production.
- Working width: 1.35m
- Working thickness: 3mm to 150mm

- 3 sanding brush groups 3 zones x 11 brush heads = 33 brush heads
- 200mm Disc diameter
- 3 x 15hp gear driven motors independently housed inside the machine's basement.
- Welded monocoque type frame, made in heavy duty carbon steel construction for production setting.
- Inverter controlled oscillation 70 to 140mm
- Inverter controlled rotation speed 280 to 1100 rpm Inverter controlled feed belt for variable feed speeds 0.5 to 8 m/min
- Adjustable vertical pressure stroke 50mm
- Each zone of brushes have discs on 2 staggered rows (6 and 5)
- Automatic feed belt centering device.
- Soundproof protection on all doors.
- Premium components - ball screws, rubber parts, electronics, pneumatics, etc.
- Quick tool changer locking device for all 33 spindles
- Vacuum holding system (5.5hp) under machine with short pipes and no curves.
- Turbo blowers for piece and feed belt cleaning. Programmable and active by the working piece. Comes with a full Set of Metal brushes currently loaded in the machine.
- All controlled and programmed by touch screen - fully computerized machine with customizable programs.
- 575v, 3ph (RT Can Help Source a Transformer for US-Voltage if Need Be
