Used Acrison Stainless Steel Auger Agitator Bin Discharger Feeder BDF-25N
Serial No: 05536-02
Designed for mass gravity flow of product from storage above feeder.
304 stainless steel contact parts.
Curved bottom housing with double gasketed inlet flange (2.5' square inside opening).
Metering Auger: 4.5" with segmented curved flighting, center position
Twin Agitators: 11" pin-bars & paddles, counter-rotating
Feeder tube is 24" long, with end bearing and 10" gravity drop-out.
Auger Drive: 2HP, 180Volt DC, 1750RPM (gear tag missing unknown turndown ratio)
Agitator Drives (X2): 1/3HP AC gearmotors, 3.3RPM output (208-230/460V, 60Hz, 3ph)
Agitator motors have damaged cooling fans and covers.
Overall dimensions: 93" L x 64" W x 24" H.
