- Feed Bed: Mereen-Johnson exclusive POSI-FEED dip bed carried on precision machined and hardened 5" pitch DOUBLE-VEE chain, Contoured hardened dip cams
- Hold Downs and Bed Plate: Four 3" diameter air loaded overhead idle press rolls
- Full width segmented maple overhead spring loaded bed plate
- Powered vertical adjust of press rolls and bed plate for unit vertical adjust through up/down push button controls, manual handwheel adjust with scale and pointer thickness reference
- Saw Sleeve: Three 24" capacity sleeve, arranged for 3-1/8" bore, 14" maximum dia. tooling
- Saw Spacers: Three sets of saw spacers included, 24" total length
- Dust Collection: Two upper dust hoods: One 10" dia, One 5" dia, One Lower 5" dia.dust hood (Requires total 4,060 CFM at 5,000 FPM velocity with 4" water gauge at hood opening)
- Anti-Kickback Assemblies: Single bottom and double upper infeed, and single upper outfeed
- Sound Enclosure: Machine mounted fiberglass sound enclosure
- Press roll and motor enclosure hinged for machine access
- Press roll enclosure with gas cylinder lift assist
