Used Amada Vipros 2510 King (2003) Turret Punch for Sale. This 22 ton press features a 31-station turret with 3 auto indexing stations, thick turret tooling style, and a Fanuc 18P control with PHNC. Travels measure 50″ in X and 98.4″ in Y with a 50″ throat depth, handling 4′ x 8′ sheet and a maximum sheet size of 50.0″ (Y) x 196.0″ (X) with auto-repositioning. Maximum sheet thickness is 0.135″ and maximum material weight is 110 lbs. Press stroke is 1.575″, maximum hole diameter 3.5″, and turret rotation speed 35 RPM. Linear table speeds reach 3,937 IPM (X) and 3,149 IPM (Y), with punching accuracy of 0.0027″ standard or 0.002″ in high accuracy mode, 0.0039″ positioning accuracy and 0.0006″ repeatability.
