109795 Product description This fully automatic stretch system has a 20 max effective width. It comes with 6 belted conveyors. It can handle 1,000 lb products. Sequence of operation This fully automatic system is loaded on an inbound conveyor by an operator. The system will automatically convey the load into the wrap cell. System will automatically attach film, run the wrap cycle providing as many pre-determined wraps as necessary, and cut the film after load has passed through the cell. After conveying to the end, the operator will pick up the load off the end of the outbound conveyor. Footprint 74 wide X 152 long Construction This system will be made from powder coated structural steel tube, and the plate and bar used meets ASTM-A36 or ASTM-A500 qualifications.
