Vessel bowl measurments 21" diameter x 18" deep with bridge mounted variable speed double motion (non-scrape) agitation and single baffle with hinged. flip-up covers . Jacket rated up to 40 psi at 288 Degrees F. with (2) 1-1/2" jacket steam inlet/outlets 3" Diameter center bottom discharge with 9" floor clearance. Mounted on platform with casters.
