Automatic bender type TSRJ is intended for 3D bending of tubes by one bending tool. The bending arm (C axis) is controlled by a hydraulic drive as well as the clamping elements while the other drives are controlled by servo drive, Y axis (tube length position) and B axis (tube rotation and support shift). The machine is equipped with automatic mandrel retraction and mandrel lubrication and is operated from a control panel with touch display mounted on a portable stand.

Programable bender software allows for entering data for a complete bending cycle and saved data can be copied and edited while the memory card has storage for 100 products types.
