Belt driven by a 40 hp DC motor, 460 volt, with Allen Bradley Model 1395 SCR through a Koellmann gearbox
Gearbox: size PEZS 312, 19.95:1 reduction ratio, rated 88 hp, 1.0 service factor
Additional information: oversized water cooled feed throat has a 4" x 9" entrance. Extruder is caster mounted. Appears to have high heat capability. Caster mounted control panel with fourteen (14) zones of control with Allen Bradley Panel-Mate touch screen control mounted an articulating arm. Includes stainless steel gravity feed hopper.
