If you mean a 11-ton × 4-foot Chicago press brake, the maximum thickness depends heavily on the material and the V-die opening.
As a rough guide for mild steel:
1/8" steel: easily within its range
3/16" steel: generally reasonable
1/4" steel: potentially, depending on the die/setup and actual tonnage
3/8" steel: generally beyond what I'd expect from an 11-ton machine across a 4-ft bend
If you tell me what material and thickness you're trying to bend (e.g. 1/4" mild steel, 304 stainless, aluminum) and whether you're bending the full 4 feet or a shorter section, I can calculate the approximate tonnage required.
