Description
Vertical Hobart Industrial Mixer / Grinder on casters. Model 4346. Nominal capacity: 60 lbs. of fresh, boneless beef per minute. Designed for mixing and grinding or just mixing, the 4346 is ideal for varieties of meats and sausage processing. Materials of construction include: stainless steel hopper, hopper guard, motor shroud and rear panel. Base assembly is galvanized steel. Tinned items include: deflector and mixing arm, cast iron cylinder, and adjustable ring and worm. Motor Specs: 7.5 hp, 1725 rpm, 200V, 22.0 amps, 60 Hz, 3 phase. Overall dimensions: 3 ft. 3 in. L x 2 ft. 4 in. W x 4 ft. 10 in. H.(ACN114).
