Hartness Model 4510-60 Global Shrink, Continuous motion, inline, shrink wrapper and tunnel for PET bottles or canned product, rated up to 60 cycles per minute with the number of trays and products – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Single roll shrink wrapper to run trays or pads with both clear or printed film with proper change parts. Maximum tray size: 20" long x 24" wide x 12" high. Equipped with 352" long x 54" wide accumulation section with (8) lane product infeed conveyor, (2) chain blank tray magazine (2) chain x 210" long tray feed conveyor, with up feed conveyor and Nordson Problue hot melt glue system, servo controlled film feed with cutting and wrapping wand, 36-1/2" wide x 104" long (3) section feed conveyor to shrink tunnel.
Laminar shrink tunnel has 24" high x 40" wide aperture x 240" long chamber with 54" wide x 250" long belt and top mounted discharge cooling fans. Control Panel has A/B PLC with touch screen HMI and has shrink wrap start and stop and tunnel start, reset, stop push buttons with infeed / outfeed zone controllers and e-stop with A/B powerflex vari-speed controllers. Mounted on heavy duty frame with interlock Lexan safety door guarding and safety switches.
