Fitzpatrick Model IR520, Stainless steel, medium volume, roller compactor chilsonator, with on board M5A Fitzmill hammer mill rated up to 150 kg of product per hour – depending on materials, application, machine configuration and environment being run in. 316 stainless steel construction. (2) screw feed design has 13" long x 9" wide x 10" deep ID stainless steel product hopper and rotary product assit to 3" OD x 12" long horizontal screw that eliminates vacuum dearation to 2" OD x 18" long vertical pre-compression screw that compresses product for more uniformity prior to feeding into the 5cm x 20cm or 2" wide x 8" OD groved product compaction rollers with a roller force of 26 KN/CM and roller gaps of 1mm to 6mm, powered by 5 Hp motor drive with noise level rating of 75 DB and has Fitzmill M5A hammer mill intergrated at discharge. Mounted on (4) leg frames with locking casters. Control panel with AB controller and touch screen HMI.
