Airless Spray uses high-pressure fluid and sheer hydraulic force to create atomization at the gun tip, it is used for the application of medium to high viscosity materials. The higher the material viscosity, the higher the pressure requirements. There is no compressed air, so the transfer efficiency is good, however it produces a low quality finish quality. Airless Spray is mainly used for speed and coverage requirements.
