Description
Vemag, model R500, continuous, twin screw, vacuum stuffer. Rated from 500 to 2,500 Kg’s of product per hour with portion weights from 5 to 30,000 grams – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Equipped with 37" OD x 32" deep stainless steel, tilt back product hopper with auger, twin screw product feed system (change part per application), vacuum pressure gauge, oil-less vacuum pump and discharge port with 4½"OD / 4"ID Tri-Clamp discharge. Control panel has touch pad controller with start / stop push buttons. Mounted on (4) leg frame with locking casters.
