Pearson, Model GLT-UNI, fully automatic, 2-axis robotic, top pick and place, case or tray loader packer rated up to 200 packages with number cases or trays per minute – depending on materials, application, machine configuration and pack pattern. Erected case or tray size range: 8" to 23" in Length; 6" to 22" in Width; 1" to 14" in Depth and capable of handling flexible, ridgid or semi-ridgid product into any type of case, tray or other shipping containers with proper change parts. Equipped with 16" wide x 226" long empty case conveyor belt, 21" wide x 48" long vacuum belt product infeed, 21" wide x 132" long product indexing belt, 3 head / 2 axis, servo driven pick and place loading section which picks product from the side product conveyors to the empty case or tray conveyor. Control panel has an A/B PLC controller and A/B panel view controls with machine start, reset and e-stop push buttons. Mounted on heavy duty frame with interlock safety guarding and statis light bar.
