L & L - DU ALL DA-80 H: High Frequency Press -- For assembly, clamping, and quick curing of edge banding & edge gluing; platen mounted at 30 angle; top lid opens 45. -- Capacity: 64" x 124"; Up to 4-1/2" thick; hydraulic edge & end pressure enable press to accommodate solid stock up to 4-1/2" thick. Equipped with: -- Built-in 10 kW generator. -- Self-contained 5 HP hydraulic unit. -- 2" Bore & 4" stroke hydraulic cylinders on 5-1/2" center provide clamping pressure from side & end. -- (11) Cylinders for side & (21) cylinders for end (horiz.) pressure; long stroke cylinders for top holddown to ensure flat parts. -- High/low pressure allows clamping with low pressure for positioning parts with top platen raised; high pressure when curing cycle begins. -- Pressure is selectable from end only, side only, or both; localized pressure by removing clamp cylinder foot. -- Hydraulic System Pump: Provides up to (15x) more pressure than air; fully adjustable when great pressure is not needed: 120 PSI Online equals 120 PSI on glue line at 1-1/4" thickness.
