Description
Used 34" wide Cincinatti Milacron 2-roll sheet take-off with 34" face X 18" diameter rolls. Rolls are mounted in a vertical stack arrangement. Chromed and cored rolls with rotary unions, silent chain driven with 5 HP, 1750 DC motor through a Koellmann gearbox with 18.131:1 ratio, SCR motor controller, pull roll stand with 4" diameter X 34" wide rubber roll driven by a 1 HP DC motor with SCR controller with idler roll unitized with temperature control skid, electrically heated with 9kW Watlow heaters through shell and tube heat exchanger with pumps and reservoir. Previously used as extrusion coating cooling station for foam sheet in a laboratory atmosphere.
