Adco, Model 15DZ-60-WD, semi automatic, stainless steel, horizontal, continuous motion, hot melt glue cartoner. Carton size range: 1" to 9" in Length; 1" to 4" in Width; 4 to 12" in Depth. Equipped with (4) chains adjustable set on 12" centers, with 2" wide x 4" high lugs, 42" powered carton magazine, single head rotary pic n place, 120" long x 11-1/4" wide product in feed conveyor, 48" long product load area, Nordson ProBlue hot melt glue system, major and minor flap closers, self contained vacuum system and Siko gauges. Control panel has PLS program controller and A/B vari-speed controllers with vacuum and glue controls, auto and jog switches with foot pedal, e-stop push buttons and status light. Mounted on stainless steel base frame with casters, leveling legs and interlock safety guarding. Speed dependant on materials, application, machine configuration and operator dexterity
