Adco Model 12IAL25SS, automatic, horizontal stainless steel, intermittent, motion, hot melt glue, cartoner with number of cartons per minute – depending on materials and application. Carton size range: 1" to 9-1/2" in Length x 3/4" to 6" in Width x 4" to 12" in Depth with proper change parts. Equipped with (4) chains ajustable set on 12" centers with 1-1/2" wide x 3-1/2" high lugs and 263" long fixed bucket in feed with 7" long x 3" wide x 11-3/4" deep product buckets, 48" long automatic (3) belt blank carton magazine, (2) head rotary pic n place with carton break, top squaring device, single pneumatic push arm product loader, Nordson Problue hot melt glue system, seko gauges, vacuum system and 24" long side belt compression and discharge belt. Control panel has A/B PLC controller and A/B panel view with start, stop, e-stop push button controls and statis light bar. Mounted on stainless steel frame with interlock safety guarding and height adjustable leveling legs.
