Marshall grew up in the metal finishing industry before serving as an infantryman in the United States Army. His military experience strengthened his focus on precision, accountability, efficiency, and leadership.

After completing his service, Marshall worked with Automation Integrators, gaining firsthand insight into the timelines and production demands manufacturers face every day.
