McCarter #100, carbon steel, full jacketed chocolate melt / mix tank, 1000 lb., 45 diameter x 24" straight wall

McCarter, 1000 lb, vertical, carbon steel, full jacketed chocolate melt and mix tank with pounds of product per hour – depending on materails and application. Vessel dimensions; 45" in Diameter x 24" Straight Wall. Equipped with flat top and bolt down cover and bridge mounted dual off set sweep agitation, (2) 7-1/2" OD flanged top ports, (1) with 6" OD product port and another 6" OD flanged top port with dual flip-up view ports. Full low pressure atmospheric jacket with MAWP of 15 psi, top and side mounted temperature probes with side temperature gauge. Dish bottom has 7" OD flanged center bottom discharge with 16" floor clearance and currently has 7-1/2" OD flanged discharge attachment with 7" floor clearance. Mounted on (4) carbon steel legs.
