Cozzoli Model FPS2, Automatic, intermittent motion, unscrambler, flush, fill, flush and flame sealer rated up to 120 containers per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Stainless steel contact parts. Fill range: 1cc to 30cc with accuracies + / – 0.5%. Container size range: 3/8" to 1" in Diameter; up to 5-5/16" in Height and capable of handling ampules, glass tubes, onion skin and vials (change parts required for different size and fill ranges). Equipped with 24" OD disc unscrambling table with 14" long container roller conveyor, container indexing, with no container / no fill and can do 2 containers at a time, flush, fill, flush and flame seal with dual picker arms and reject chute with accumulation table.
