READY TO SHIP, 1997 250 HP Cleaver Brooks Boiler, CBLE, 4 pass dry back design, 150 PSI design pressure, natural gas fired, standard NOx emissions. The boiler has been completely re-tubed with documentation. The boiler has been cleaned on the fireside, waterside, outside, and painted. The pressure vessel and tubes, trim piping, and blowdown piping and valves have been hydrostatically tested. Any component found to be defective have been repaired or replaced. New Fireye Burner Logix Flame Safeguard controls have been installed. New control and electrical panels have been installed. A new Siemens Gas Train has been installed. New Honeywell High Limit with manual reset, Operating Limit, and Modulating Limit steam pressure controls have been installed. The boiler has been re-wired for the site 460/3/60 VAC. The boiler has been electrically and mechanically checked to identify and replace any defective components. The fan motor has been rewound and new bearings installed. New relief valves will be installed or shipped loose for field installation. Water level controls have been installed for on/off pump control. We guarantee that the pressure vessel and tubes are in good condition and the boiler will pass a hydrostatic test at the time of startup. We will give a 1 year parts replacement warranty on the controls. No labor is included in the parts replacement warranty.

We will load the boiler onto a truck provided by others in Woodruff, SC.
