Oakes, Model 14MF-15IA, jacketed, high shear continuous rotor / stator pin mill mixer, aerator with 316 stainless steel contact parts, rated up to 4000 lb per hour – depending on materials, application and machines configuration. Equipped with Waukesha Model 60, positive displacement feed pump with 3½"OD / 3"ID Tri-Clamp style inlet port powered by 3 Hp drive and 14" diameter mixing head with 2½"OD / 2"ID Tri-Clamp style center product discharge with 46" ground clearance and powered by a 10 Hp motor drive. Control panel has pull to start / push to stop buttons as well as variable speed dials for pump and rotor. system. Mounted on a stainless steel base frame.
