KVAL COMMANDER Pre-Hung Door Machine/Door Line. Automated Cylindrical Lock and Hinge Machine for Pre-Hanging Interior & Exterior Doors; for doors Up to 2-1/4" thick x 4' x 9'; Routes, makes a 3 bevel on one side of the door edge. -- Traveling hinge router stops at each collar on the index shaft and tilts into approx. 3-1/2" to 5-1/2" hinge pocket on square or bevel doors. -- Selector switch allows sequencing for (2 - 3 or 4) hinges, 1/4" or 5/8" corner radius, and door/jamb or door only machining. Turret stops determine hinge size. -- Hinge index bar with embedded scale can be interchanged with other pre-set index shafts for rapid hinge center adjustments, or collars can be adjusted along the scale. -- Heavy Duty lock section features 5 HP face bore, 3 HP latch bore and 1.5 HP plate router; adjustable for 2-1/4" - 5" back-sets with self-centering clamp system for faceplate & latch hole; plate router adjusts for square or beveled face plates up to 12" long. -- Jamb clamps front load for easy handling self-adjust; there is no jamb width limitation. -- This machine can produce 250 or more doors per shift, including lock prep and hinge mounting to the door and hinge jamb.
