Johnson Industries Model 9600, stainless steel, commercial cheese shredder, used for high-volume shredding and allows you to process up to 40 lb (20 kg) blocks of cheese for size reduction prior to grating at rates up to 10,000 lbs of product per hour – depending on materials, application and operator dexterity. Equipped with 24" long x 8" wide x 12" high dual product chambers with slide open safety covers and (2) pneumatic product pushers, 33" OD (4) blade cross cut shredding disc with size reduction disc (change part per application} and safety cover. Control panel has A/B panelview controller with auto, hand, off and control power, on / off switches with e-stop. Mounted on stainless steel height adjustable frame and casters.
