Jones, Model CMV5, Semi automatic, continuous motion, vertical tuck cartoner rated from 25 to 120 cartons per minute – depending on materials, application and operator dexterity. Carton size range: 1" to 4-1/4" in Length x 1/2" to 4-1/4" in Width x 2-1/2" to 8" in Depth. Equipped with (3) chains adjustable set on 5" centers, blank carton magazine, reciprocating suction cup pick-n-place, 96" long hand load section each side of machine, major and minor flap closers and tuckers with discharge conveyor belt and Lincoln one shot lube system. Control panel has A/B PLC controller with control power and carton feed on and off switches, start and e-stop push buttons. Mounted on heavy duty frame with hinged lexan safety door guarding.
