Generator Source was established in January of 1981 under the Diesel Service & Supply name. Since then the company has grown from a small 1,250 square foot one-man business, to a 14-acre industrial complex. We have full machine shop capabilities, overhead bridge cranes, a full-service multi-port garage, an experienced staff of the industry's top mechanics and technicians, the best testing equipment and de-installation tools money can buy, and a friendly and knowledgeable office staff that can assist you with all your industrial diesel and power generation needs.
In late 2019 Diesel Service & Supply officially became Generator Source, LLC. The original owner and founders are still involved and a new management team is helping ratchet the company to all new heights. We are proud to provide quality generators and dedicated customer support that the Diesel Service & Supply brand has long been known for. To more clearly show our focus and dedication to generators a new era has begun.
Our staff of experienced professionals includes electricians, riggers, de-installers, and field mechanics to handle service, de-installations, in-house load bank, and dyno testing. The staff has been responsible for the professional de-installation of countless generators throughout the United States and Canada, with multiple units up to 20 megawatts and beyond.
