Equipped with waterall style cap sorter and feeder with 36" long x 42" wide x 36" deep cap hopper, 22" wide belt conveyor with cleats set on 5¾" centers and has 85" discharge height. Capper equipped with 4½" wide plastic delrin belt conveyor, worm screw to star wheel in feed, (3) head chucks set on 6" centers and star wheel discharge. Control panel has A/B controller and A/B touch screen HMI and start, stop, e-stop push buttons. Mounted on heavy duty frames. Designed to apply aluminium roll-on caps to carbonated or non-carbonated beverages of plastic or metal pre-threaded press-on or push-in caps, pourrers, stoppers, overcaps, stopper corks,rubber plugs and more..
