Description
The 2005 Yaskawa Motoman EA1400N is a dual-arm robotic welding cell designed for high-performance MIG and spot welding applications. Each articulated robot features a six-axis design with a 3.00 kg payload capacity, a 1390.00 mm horizontal reach, and a repeatability of ±0.0800 mm. The robots are mounted on a 7-axis servo-driven track positioner, allowing for longitudinal movement above the work area. Motion speeds for the axes range from 150°/s on J1 up to 520°/s on J6, with a motion range of ±170° for J1 and ±200° for J6. The cell is equipped with two NX100 controllers and two Motoman Motopos type YR-MPS500B-A10 servo-driven headstocks, each boasting a 500 kg capacity. Additional integrated components include two Motoman Motoweld E350II MIG welding power supplies, two weld guns, four spot weld stations, tip cleaners, and screen sections for cell enclosure. The EA1400N's slim design allows for versatile mounting options, including floor, wall, or ceiling, to maximize floor plan flexibility and workspace accessibility.
