Weld Technology:
Resistance welding by inverter welding process with 1’000 Hertz technic, with following advantages:

CHARACTERISTICS:
-cam controlled working cycle
-adjustable contact length through a good accessible screw
-each contact is cutted and feeded individual to the welding point
-parallel guide of the upper electrode disc with excellent heat dissipation and indexing holes for fast changing of position of the electrode
– free positioning of the contact till 40 mm from the bord of the strip
-position of the welding unit movable in an angle of 0-90 degrees in relation to the strip feed direction
-welding of contacts on top or below side of the strip
-driven contact tape reel to obtain regular contact length
SEQUENCE OF OPERATING:
-advance and positioning of the prepunched strip
-advance of the tape with adjustable contact length
-cutting off the contact from tape, on the outgoing side of the cutting die
-feeding of the cutted single contact to the electrode through a pusher
-exact positioning of the contact into the slot of the electrode disc sideways and lengthway to an adjustable stop
