• Equipped with:
• Patented "V-ROTOR" design utilizes a V-groove rotor closely matched to grooves in the counter-knife to ensure uniform discharge free of splinters; reduce friction, and dedicate more horsepower to grinding.
• (82) Welded knives, (4) broaching cutters & (4) counter-knives, recessed concave cutters with low clearance over the rotor to extend cutter life, protect the bolts, and reduce machine wear.
• Features:
• Drop out discharge, hydraulically actuated lift up door for easy purge cleaning; extended screen basket; cut-out for conveyor (not included).
• Hydraulic serrated ram optimizes feed pressure by monitoring rotor motor amperage, lateral force on the ram is minimized by a unique "U-Joint" mounting system, Hydraulic clutch enables motor to start with the hopper full.
