Waukesha Cherry-Burrell UHT No-BAC Unitherm Processing System. Model: XXI. Stellar-flo homogenizer, model HD6, series: 400, serial no. 720473-702. Approximate product capacity: 210 gph with pressure up to 3200 lbs. Motor 10 hp, plungers: 13/16 in. Electrical requirements are: 230V, 60 cycle 3 phase and 5 amps. The NO-BAC Unitherm is a complete UHT system for sterilizing fluid products at temperatures up to 300F. Water surge tank ID: 19-3/4 in., 23-1/2 in. straight wall. Product surge tank with agitator ID: 19-3/4 in., 23-1/2 in. straight wall. Agitator has 3-bladed prop, each 7 in. L x 2 in. W attached to 27 in. shaft. Mueller agitator drive: model: V01535A144, 1/20 hp, 1460 / 1725 rpm, 220/230V, 50/60Hz, single phase. Overall dimensions: 9 ft. 2-3/4 in. L x 5ft. 3/1/2 in. W x 7 ft. 4 in. H. (H12).
