Stainless Steel Vacuum Tumble Mixer, approximately 2,000 pound capacity, manufactured by Variovak. Drum measures 65" diameter X 48" straight side with 19" diameter opening. Includes 16" wide internal lifters. Driven by approximately 5 HP motor. Includes start/stop controls. Previously used in food operation and in good condition.
