Equipped with 300" long x 36" wide blue flexlink, dual lugged product conveyor set on 12" centers with (2) application stations, the first has (2) 360 Deg nozzles for the application of flavored toppings to the top layer on (2) cheese cakes, second has (2) diving, twisting and lifting rosette heads both running at the same time, the twisting enables you to make tall rosettes and is adjustable for how high and also to drag the rosettes into each other for unique patterns. Control panel has PLC Controller with touch pad controls and start, stop and e-stops. push buttons. Mounted on (8) leg base frame with casters.
